3rd kick: voice/action for house 11

[kickingcatcher]

[When Crys arrives back at the house late at night, she pretty much looks like a wreck. She just looks plain exhausted, and her left arm is in a sling. The rest of her is spotted with a few bruises and small scrapes, but nothing too horrible aside from her arm. As she walks up to the house, she notices the... weird ice wall? And stares in disbelief before walking in. Why she didn't notice it sooner, we may never know. Anyway, walking back into the house now. Mega walks with her for support as Crys closes the door. Unconsciously, she speaks to nothing.]

I'm home...

[Except everyone is asleep. Whoops. Mega nudges her gently with her head, and Crys pats her back. Letting out a tired sigh, she'll just walk to the kitchen and get some water or something. And sits down with her good hand covering her face.]

[Voice]

[Much later in the day on the 24th, and at a more reasonable time than midnight, she opens up the journal and pauses for a bit. She sounds a little tired, taking a deep breath before speaking.]

Has being here changed anyone?

[Gold, would you just-

...Actually, maybe Gold has the right idea here. Even if he's... Asleep. Silver calmly yanks a couple of juice boxes out and passes one to Crys as if Gold sleepwalking and grabbing juice boxes is the most normal thing in the world.]

[You have got to be kidding her. He is still just-- oh, thanks, Silver. Taking the box, Crys fiddles with getting the straw in the box (it's hard with one hand). And just. Stares at Gold. She puts down her juice box and walks over to Gold. Her voice is raised just a bit to say something.]

Gold, all the pizzas are gone.

[mischiefbreeder]

[He manages to somehow pierce the juicebox with its straw with perfect precision, and starts to walk back.]

Then just go meet the Flaafy in the desert shack... He'll hook you up with more... [He gives a dismissive handwave as he sleepwalks back towards the living room.]

[tsuntrader]

[...Yeah, he's following Gold back into the living room. Come on, Crys.]

[kickingcatcher]

[... the Flaafy behind-- oh god, he's talking in his sleep. All she can do at this point is sigh and follow Silver. And... to get that damn straw out of the wrapper. Fuck this shit's hard with one hand.]

[mischiefbreeder]

[He shuffles along, eyes still shut as he sips on his juice box. And then once he reaches the couch, he climbs over the back and flops onto it, on his stomach.]

[tsuntrader]

[...Guess it's time to have a couch and juice box adventure with sleepwalking Gold and Crys.]

Move over. [If Gold doesn't, he'll just sit on him. It's too late for him to care.]

[kickingcatcher]

[She'll just. Gently shove Gold over with her legs. And sit on the opposite side of the couch. Hey, she finally got the straw in.]

[mischiefbreeder]

[Nope, not moving. He's out cold for the moment.]

[tsuntrader]

[Sure is nice having a Gold cushion to sit on, then.]

--you're really going to just sit on him? [You could just move him.]

[mischiefbreeder]

[But letting him sleep is better and will prompt a better reaction when he wakes up.]

[tsuntrader]

Why not? [Besides, it's only really sitting on his legs. He's strategically placed so that no matter what direction he might fall in if he falls asleep, he won't have to deal with anything awkward in his face.

...But for now he just leans back. Back and off of his foot. Much better.]

[kickingcatcher]

Well, wouldn't it be a little painful for Gold? [She leans back on the couch, too, and is not going to move her arm for a long time.]

[mischiefbreeder]

Zzzzz...

[Yeah, he's out like a light already, but he starts to mumble in his sleep a bit.]

Mooom... Tungtaro's sleepin' on my legs again... Get 'im off... Zzzz...

[tsuntrader]

I could always shove him onto your lap.

... no thanks. [She just gives both a look, but smiles a bit at Gold's sleep talking.]

[mischiefbreeder]

But he's heavy... I think he's been puttin' on weight... Zzz...

[Yeah, he just called you fat, Silver.]

[tsuntrader]

...I'm putting on weight? [Any other course of action is paused to tilt his head and consider this now.]

[She tries to hide her smile behind a hand.]

That's a good thing in your case.

Shoulda named you... Fattytaro... Zzz....

[tsuntrader]

Fattytaro... [He should probably be offended by this.

He really isn't. At all. The times that Blue's told him to try to take better care of himself come to mind.]

[Oh that definitely gets a few giggles out of her.] I guess you've been eating better while I wasn't here. I'm glad.

[mischiefbreeder]

[He goes quietly now, snoring softly and shifting around a bit on the couch under Silver's fat ass.
